Meanwhile, back in the real world...
I was in an NHS hospital a couple of weeks ago. PC in the corner was XP with IE old. Data was being entered into an app running using Java plugin. I was just waiting for Flash to appear to complete the full set of security vulnerabilities.
Month previous, I was in the local private hospital. Still very sensibly using paper for all their records!
