This is the company where you need third-party tools to repair their flagship mail client program. (Still not as bad as kmail which just whales on your settings so much that a reinstall is Help Me Obi-Wan Kenobi, but ..)
So what does it mean when one of the "most valuable companies in the history of humanity" pulling in gigabucks via
extortionwell-policed licensing can't even manage to get a functional mail reader (that is running on a system that they themselves designed) out of the door?
