it's a pejorative/snarky re-spelling of the current occupant of the white house's surname, swapping 'K' for 'M', and in Japanese it means something like "honorable idiot" or "king of idiots" or "flaming idiot" - you get the idea. Also the title of a hip-hop recording I did a few years ago... (over on soundclick)
