Exactly! It's not as if Apple can claim their US trained lawyers and accountants were "unaware" of the nuances of Irish law since any practising lawyers and accountants working on the deal for Apple would have to be qualified under Irish law to practice. If Apple didn't do due diligence on their legal advisers then they take the hit. Maybe they looked at the law books but were "reading it wrong". Oops. Karma.
