Supplying logs...

It really pisses me off that I have to supply logs to some tool in India every time BEFORE vendors will actually ship a replacement disk. There's a disk. It's failed. What the hell do you think the logs will tell you? And if there's a flaky disk, I don't want to mess with it on a production mission critical system trying to get it to work, I want a new known good one - quit wasting time and get me a replacement disk within 4 hours of my original call! If I don't send the logs before the end of the day, then fine, bill me for the new disk...
