May I humbly suggest a decent code editor with colour highlighting of reserved words etc,
the option to reformat code, Sort functions alphabetically within scope ranges and user created tagged groups.
Plus the option to add pre formattted skeleton comment headers to modules and functions...
I can just about cope with poorly commented code; but if it's not load out to my personal choice of indent and blank lines I find it almost impossible to scan and get a feel for it's shape.
