Look it up in your favourite search engine - you will find it on the EU Website - FACT.
Read it - or at least Articles 2 and 3.
Then ask yourself what the impact of this will be on your children's schools when implemented. Has the school got the money / teachers / resources - and if not where will it come from?
Whilst Post and Becks and the 007 guy talk about children, my guess is most of theirs are at private school so won't be affected - (that's my guess - not a fact).
Just the above FACTs mean that any parent with their child's best interests at heart either need to vote Leave or pay for private schooling.
