The good of wired connections like USB is they also carry power. Wireless devices or are already powered (i.e. a TV), or otherwise needs batteries. Batteries make them heavier/bigger (especially for more power angry devices), needs to be recharged, and shorten the device lifespan and usability if cannot be replaced (good for vendors... not for the customers).

For example I have yoke/throttle/pedals devices for flight simulations. They are all USB connected. If they all were wireless devices, they would be three more devices to recharge, or connect to the mains instead of USB - where's the advantage?

And there is also the issue of the shared bandwidth over the radio spectrum, as more and more devices start to compete for it, time critical data transfer may have issues.
