It is worth noting that Universal Utilities T/A Unicom who were fined £200,000 by Ofcom on 29 July 2015 for mis-selling registered a change of name at Company House on the 9th October 2015 and they are now known as Verastar Ltd T/A Kinex. It’s still the same Company Reg No. 03667643, same VAT Reg No. 945 795467 and the same trading address, just a different company name . Interestingly, the verastar.co.uk domain appears to have been registered on 15th July 2015, which is just a couple of weeks before Ofcom announced the £200,000 fine of Unicom.
