I really don't see why its so hard for people like yourself to accept that there are substantially more men in IT than women. Its not up for debate, its a fact. If I was referring to nurses I'd use "she" as a pronoun - for anyone in IT I'd use "he". If you think thats sexist or mysogynist then frankly you need to see a psychiatrist.
