Lying to customers, Unicom? Cough up £200k, do not pass Go

It's not just about lying.

Many Unicom customers who are locked into unfair, inappropriate or mis-sold contracts have been campaigning for a long time to get justice and as part of this they would log reviews on various blogs and review sites (All's fair in love and war). What those customers have found is that many of the reviews get deleted, one of the biggest of these is TrustPilot.

I was very interested to find out that Unicom's parent company Vitruvian Partners bought TrustPilot in May 2015 and as such they now control everything that is published about Unicom or any of their subsidiary companies, this explains why they have a disproportionate number of good reviews. I guess if you can't beat it BUY IT.
