"No matter who you are, if a photograph, video, or digital image of you in a state of nudity, sexual excitement, or engaged in any act of sexual conduct, is posted or linked to on reddit without your permission, it is prohibited on reddit."

But as I think was mentioned earlier, what if the person uploading HAS the rights to publish, i.e. they took the photo either with a signed contract, OR in a situation when they had the rights to take the photo, meaning its their copyright?

IN these cases the photos were stolen, there was some hacking involved to get copies.. I can fully understand them being taken down... but a guy/girl uploading a photo that was sent to them by someone else? well its tough luck on the sender, they took a risk and misjudged who they trusted...
