Google Chrome on Windows 'completely unusable', gripe users

Graphic card

Have one computer with 2GB ram,. and a radeon 4850, 1 GB ram: 100% GPU use on youtube, very slow. Used to be ok.

i5 laptop, 8GB RAM: ok. High GPU use

amd 4350, SSD, 8GB ram, 260x: very low GPU use, fast, crashes a lot, slow javascript.
