I call shenanigans. I smoked for 14.5 years, switched to vaping and never touched cigs again. 29th of december 2010 was my last cig. Started at normal nicotine levels, and gradually went down to zero nicotine. Eventually vaped less and less. Take it out every once in a while like a bag of crisps now.
Your post is full of self-righteous misinformation about nicotine, it's not the nicotine that's addictive, it's all the other shit.
