    "Pwllheli and surrounding areas"

    ...which includes Abersoch, which is now the rich boys playground.

    One a great little village where you could get away for a quiet weekend and enjoy the surroundings, maybe get in a bit of sailing. Now the main street is bumper to bumper of rich kids with convertibles parked on the double yellows, and the water full of speedboats and jet skis.

    I stopped going when people started turning up for the weekend in helicopters and microlights.

    Co-incidence that this area has been chosen?

      Pwllheli and surrounding areas

      There's alot of new development which is getting going in the area, give it a few years and it'll be three times as bad.

    roll out the early phases...

    ... in one of the wrong places. Nothing against Pwllheli but...

    The largest town in north Wales, Wrexham (*), with a University, is left out, along with Bangor and Aberystwyth in Mid-Wales on the coast (which also have Universities)

    BT has announced plans for mostly south Wales, while a few other placesoutside S Wales are included (as there is competition, perhaps) ...

    Connahs Quay - has Sky ... from 30.09.2011 - Hawarden - has Sky, O2 + Be

    (*) Wrexham, 20,000 lines (and Wrexham North, 10,000 lines serving some of the nearby villages)

    Left out again!

    Nothing for South West Wales.. thats the REAL south west... which starts WEST of Swansea where we have 2 counties stuck firmly in the abusive embrace of BTs Predatory Market One pricing where the slowest services command the higher bandwidth prices. Guess we are just good enough to site refineries and gas terminals... oh and to generate the power to run the computers in other areas that are sucking up the nice cheap superfast bandwidth.

    Its about time we saw some investment here... There has been none since ADSLMax arrived, and yet we are paying higher prices for 20 cn services than those on WBC/LLU
