Why should coca-cola win ?
They are not passing themselves off as coca-cola. They have a few images of their cans of undrinkable fizz which may lead to some action, but the domain has clearly nothing to do with coca-cola.
Coca-Cola has filed a trademark infringement case against the operators of pornforacoke.com, which offers "tons of porn for the price of a daily glass of coke". In full Coca-Cola livery, the very NSFW site boasts "more than 10,000 gigabytes of porn". The case would seem to be an easy win for Coca-Cola, then. The drinks giant …
I mean they're selling porn on the back of Coca Cola.
Unlike the irony of F%$#ing Disney Corporation, that sues websites selling authentic Disney licenced merchandise, for using Disney images on their website alongside the products directly supplied by Disney in the first place.
Unless you want to pay extra of course.
Coke might stand less of a chance of rescuing it's name. I understand not for money copy sites have a better chance of remaining in the registrant's possession.
I read somewhere that Bank of America had recently bought up every derogatory combination of it's name.

...brand cola drinks are no longer flavored with coca leaves,* they might have a stronger case. It is my understanding they never went after deep throat for the "things go better with coke" scenes.
so we just get redirected to pornforacoladrink.com or will the defendants lose everything trying to fight salaried lawyers.
*Which they were in 1955, although the cocaine was removed according to the ingredients list i read off a 55 gallon drum of syrup during the boy scout tour. It was the most interesting factory i had seen, we were told that a glass bottle cost 8 cents and got 5 recyclings in their giant bottle washer.
I can assure you it's very drinkable indeed. I'm enjoying a bottle of Coke right now along with a turkey sandwich.
While I don't think Coca-Cola would be right to enforce copyright on this, I'm pretty sure they could lawyer bash it down if they wanted, I don't imagine pornforacoke has a great big legal war chest.
That said if they do go to court and lose, I hope they get lines.
