    Just askin' ... 'cause the macro version didn't seem to work for Sun ;-)

    Micro-management works well for silicon, children, students, and dogs & horses, but not for adult people or cats ... and doubly not for analog systems that adult people and cats actually use on a day-to-day basis.

    me of when IBM declared they had successfully simulated a brain of a Cat half a year ago, and brain researchers explained that IBM had not done that, and accussed IBM of cheating and marketing ploy.

    Commodity vs systems?

    Do people want big iron or do they want commodity hardware which acts like big iron but is cheaper, and more flexible?
