    You answered your own question

NISC connects people to other people. It's a modern, more capitalist version of the Old Boys Club.

    Hehe... Read the names

Before we had No Such Agency

Now we have No Such Company... Or almost... A spare I in it for some reason...

And so go the way of involving private enterprise expertise to improve government efficiency

    Thumb Up

    criticize

If you want to criticize other articles you may wish to spell defense correctly in your own. Too funny.

Unless you actually meant the fence.

    "Spook riddled IT services outfit"

Thought you were talking about SAIC. Seem to hire a lot of government types with vague resumes.

"Analytics and language processing. Healthcare and logistics"

Interrogating foreigners, patching them up afterward and delivering to their government for imprisonment.

Just what you need to outsource such tasks. A full service company.

    Not what you know

So this will be the reference case study of "not what you know but who you know" the folks in charge are the bungling muppets who parachuted out of the imploded Cheney / Bush attempt at a New American Century of corporate oppression and are now taking fat pay cheques from their mates in the private sector that they doled out taxpayer money to whilst in office. Of course now the new officials will also ensure their own parachutes when this administration ends by doling out more taxpayer money to this bunch of bungling incompetents.

Of course this is a fantasitic buy for the IBM shareholders, lots of government pork for the cost of keeping a small number of grossly overpaid tossers away from their offices and on a golf course somewhere... Reminds me of working for Cable and Wireless.
