So the police didn't issue the suspect's name but the Cairns Post is quite happy to show a picture of *someone* thus publicly identifying them before the trial?
If he is found guilty then by all means call the suspect the "Jungle Jane Shagger", but until then shouldn't they be referred to as the alleged Jungle Jane Shagger?
He is charged with two counts of entering premices with intent and one count of breaking in.
So he burgled the shop three time and raided the bar next door which covers the four counts of entering the premices with intent so is the charge for "attempted break-in" intended to cover the alleged rape of the Jungle Jane blow up doll?
If this is the case then the "attempted" part is just vindictive. Its a rubber doll. You either break it in or you dont. Its not as though its going to fight back. Then again from the look of the photo of the suspected perp , he does look like someone who could loose a fight with a blow up doll.
