      No: it's because the DMCA makes it illegal to reverse-engineer or distribute the decryption key.

      Probably Putin's computer was infected too. By a fake mail from Trump offering some deal - fake just because it looks Trump can't actually use a computer, otherwise it would be infected too. H. Clinton deleted enough emails, so we can't know how many were also phishing ones she opened...

        We know that despite all the negative press covfefe, he can use the twitter app on a smartphone, he just isn't very good at assembling words into coherent sentences. Presumably he would be able to use the mail app as well.

          The definition of a sentence I was taught, back in the days of Eng. Lang. O-level was something along the lines of "A sentence expresses a thought.". Hmmmm.

          Don't know, it requires recipient, subjects, maybe attachments etc. Twitter is "fire and forget".... and because of the length limits nobody expect you to write longer, coherent sentences...
