    The days of cheap credit will be over by May. And so will be any debt-leveraged deals like this one.

    That is if the EC and other regulators allow it which is highly doubtful.

    This one is so dead on arrival that there is no point to order popcorn.

    Personally I wonder Qualcomm is even bothering to talk with Broadcomm. My only guess is that this is due financial diligence to avoid a shareholder lawsuit.
