    Performance vs 375GB drive?

    How is the 750GB drive expected to perform vs. the 375GB?

      The same

      Identically - and it pretty much does, unlike flash-based SSDs which tend to get faster as capacity increases, due to more channels.

    There's a joke somewhere in that headline

    I guess whatever an Optane is, it only has single bonding between carbon atoms. In other words, it could be called "saturated", as in a saturated fat. Fatter drives- just like in the headline! I'm amused. Well played Register.
