I assume he discovered that, for his excessive salary and nice office, he'd actually have to do some work and that he'd have to explain himself, and FalconStor to investors, perhaps starting with why they felt the need to omit the final 'e'. Shame. Still "strategic industry advisor" is a nice non-title to have.
