    Well - they had to try something...

    When I was working for Big Blue not so long ago, turnover in China was intense. Bright graduates attracted by the name would walk in the door, take one good look around the business park at what their contemporaries were earning, and walk straight back out. And that's just the ones not put off by the utterly poisonous atmosphere within the company.
