    The writing was on the wall....

    ...anyone that drops in and out of 4chan will tell you over the last few months there has been an attempt a cleaning it up. Not clean compared to most other sites, just more cleaned up than it used to be.

        Walking away as admin of the site != giving up ownership of the domain, content, or revenue streams. It's not clear from the article that theres any fiscal seperation.
