    WTF?

    SAP + BB = Sucksess

When you need a fast, nimble turnaround of your company, you naturally think of SAP.

    Two of a kind

So Blackberry now have two people in charge who specialise in mobile services.

At least they have a plan with a product base and some distinct differentiation, which is an improvement on where they were a few months ago. Microsoft still hasn't really come up with a plan other than "two steps forward, one step back, only a bit faster".

Microsoft is more likely to succeed because they have a lot more cash they can use, but at least BlackBerry is trying.

Microsoft's current plan seems to be working - they are growing market share rapidly - over 12% in the UK now and ahead of Apple in several countries! Their OS is faster, more secure and more efficient than the competition, if not yet as fully featured. They are up to over 200,000 apps now too I read this week.

Doesn't anyone else see the alliterative possibilities?

After major trim, ex-RIM nabs Sims to run its sans-SIM* services (PIM**, FIM***, OIM****, CIM*****), in a mim race, but with vim, against Tim & co.. Not a whim: RIM cash is lim., not brim. Sadly, it's like UIM****** on KIM-1, or moving to QIM*******, ex-RIM's prospects are dim, even grim.
