    They also deploy paid commentators, aka 50-centers, to large international fora such as Reddit. They're by no means alone in doing so, Israel, Russia and Iran do too, but China is probably the most aggressive. You can see 50-centers in action on pretty much any large forum whenever articles critical of China are posted.
