    Capacitive touchscreens don't work properly when wet, or at all if immersed in water.

      Who said they are capacitive?

      We've been making touch terminals for "wet areas" in food production for over a decade and that is one of the reasons why we don't use capacitive touch.

      A touch device doesn't have to be an iPad or Nexus clone, there are lots of specialised verticals out there.
