"Mike Dell and Silver Lake Partners have put forward a plan to take Dell private at a price tag of $13.65 per share, or $24.4bn, and already have backing for around half of their plan from banks and Microsoft."
I hope Mike does take Dell private. With Microsoft money being used, it means almost certain death. AT the very least their market share will plummet; just look at Nokia. They went from selling over 130 million smartphones a year to being less than 30 million and that includes counting some feature phones as smartphone sales.
Adiós Dell, it wasn't nice knowing you and your shit products.
