Please note that it says "among these" when referring to the unalienable Rights. "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" are just the examples of some of those rights. Many others, like the Right to speak your mind in public and to be secure in your papers against unreasonable searches are mentioned in the Constitution.
People seem to forget that the "Founding Fathers" wanted to get the point across that people have more Rights as individuals than just the ones they mentioned.
If we let them, the governments and big corporations will strip us of ALL those Rights if we let them.
Sooner or later the People will make a line in the sand and say "this is as far as it goes".
I just hope it will not be too late when it happens.
