Did the officer not consider that tasering a child, bad enough as that is, becomes even worse when that child is covered in potentially flammable oil. Most oils are not that likely to catch fire from an electric spark, but i am going to assume that nobody actually took the time to ask what sort oil he actually slathered himself with before tasering him.
Didn't people used to get detentions/extra work/suspensions for this sort of thing, rather than 6000 volts in the chest?
