    Am I the only one that immediately thought PSN = Play Station Network?

    I was wondering if the whole of the government had decided to go the Sony route for their gaming experience...

    Is that like "system of systems"? ie a term coined to say "it's complicated, but I've got a handle on it (trust me)"?

    Whatever, I thought the age of £0.5G+ procurements was over - where does the money come from?

    A sort of "Internetwork" as it were.

    But developed in a more "Big bang," top down centrally planned way.

    What could *possibly* go wrong with that plan?
