    Still..?

    Have they still not upgraded to a version of the store that can accept dynamic product updates? Sheesh! I think I'd better send them my business card.

      It's clever marketing

      Creates more impact if you close the store for a while to release new products. Think about it - that's why this article has been written.

    So the rumours are false?

    That it was actually taken down 'for update' because the PSN attackers turned their attention to it and breached Apple's security too?

      I was going to say that.

      Although it is good a company will go through and test their store to ensure it looks perfect (Even if they are Apple).
