      About ⅓ of a fab at 5nm.

        It’s likely a refit of an existing fab from 7nm LP to either 7nm+ HP/6nm HP as demand for 7nm LP is likely short lived and already moving to 5nm LP and improvements in yield/throughput justify the move given Intels struggles and existing 12nm/16nm capacity looking for process shrinks.

        As mentioned, a completely new 10nm fab was around $10bn and a new 5nm fab is around $17bn.
