    So, two players and the rest just dabble. IBM at 1.9% even with all of the re-coding of "cloud revenues"!

      IBM at 1.8% for Cloud IAAS - they're probably doing pretty well in SAAS ML with Watson

        Watson is still a solution looking for a problem, they've tried it in every industry, and havent found one where it sticks yet ....
