I'm a unstructured storage employee, and we just got our annual raises; the pool to split across the organization was under 2.5% (less than inflation over the past year in the US). This after quarterly rah rah meetings going on about 10% quarterly growth over the past several quarters. The money coming into the company is going to execs and to pay down debt; whats the point of bring privately owned if the execs cant skim a little off the top?
