    Icahn again...

    I daresay he's just being his usual self-centered ass self. He just wants the shareholders to do what he wants. Will this benefit them to follow his lead or once done, will he do what he usually does and sell off and walk away looking for another victim?

      Or does anyone here think Dell (the man) takes his company on and off the NASDAQ in order to help its employees and customers?

        Of course not. Dell is in it for Dell, and bugger the employees. I'm a unstructured storage employee, and we just got our annual raises; the pool to split across the organization was under 2.5% (less than inflation over the past year in the US). This after quarterly rah rah meetings going on about 10% quarterly growth over the past several quarters. The money coming into the company is going to execs and to pay down debt; whats the point of bring privately owned if the execs cant skim a little off the top?
