    A little more research wouldn't come

    Richard, how about noting that the sample code uses Python bindings? Your posts recently are distinctly lacking in this kind of information which gives the impression that you have little or no idea what you're writing about. I hope this is wrong.

      It requires Python for streaming data, apparently.

      If I get the gist correctly, one develops and trains a model in a workstation then exports it to an Apple device. Interestingly, the only GPU acceleration in the training phase is nVidia-based (Macs have only had AMD GPUs lately), presumably as a result of Turin being independent until last year.
