    "The carriers also want to increase the maximum height of building-mounted antennas from three to five metres above a building's envelope."

    A fibreglass fake turret (or whatever) could be used to house the antennae. It would require some thought and some money though so it probably wouldn't happen.

    If they're free to run cables across bridges etc., you just know that they'll do it in the neatest, tidiest and most careful way possible.
