    Is the city of Palo Alto really spending tax dollars on this, or is this some other "Palo Alto".

    P.S. I suspect you mean "engineering" rather than "enginnering".

      Palo Alto Networks, the well known firewall company. Much in the same that we have no need to state the full company name for CISCO Systems Incorporated and shorten it by simply stating , CISCO, we do the same for Palto Alto.
