      The situation in this industry is dire. Two many companies say that they are optimised for this and specifically tuned for that. Its a race to the bottom on cost and market shares are being diluted. Some might think this competition is good but alas, R&D $ has to come from somewhere and this will be stifled if VC money is pulled or profits arent being made.

      Whilst I dont wish job loss on anyone, a consolidation or retraction of this space is necessary for the good of everyone.
