Who should I report this to?
I've had a number of dubious requests listed in the access log for my website recently, all of which originate from a Dutch IP address and all of them - bar one - don't actually request any pages (and that one exception doesn't then request any of the files associated with the page).
Does anybody here know which Dutch organisation if any deals with complaints of this sort?
