    Maybe Sky's legendary (bad) customer service has something to do with that.

    Tuner? There's no tuner in any of the Roku boxes I've seen. Let's try and be vaguely accurate occasionally el reg.

    And @bex - actually weirdly I've always found the customer service good. It's the way they give no toss about high spending long term customers that annoys me.
