    WTF?

    Don't understand why

    If the government wants to have the apps screened more thoroughly then why don't they foot the bill or the apps in their own market. While I understand the logistics of this are daunting at the least (storage and bandwidth to start) and even though this would actually be good to get the apps which are ridiculous would be a good one.
