back to article Man sues pr0n starlet after Twitter rejection

When you follow someone on Twitter, only for them to not return the favour, are you left with a feeling of rejection? Does it rile you up into a vengeful fit of rage? Either way, one thing you should never do is take that person to court. You will look like an idiot and it might be exposed by bloodthirsty news publications …

That's Hatsune Miku in your picture, who isn't a pr0n star! She's oddly enough (not a she..) an idol in Japan, well, not her exactly because she's really CGI but not a pr0n star! Ignore the rules about the internet, whichever rule it is that says she is a porn star........

Slightly related: A friend of mine ordered some jap porn off the net. Instead he got a letter from customs saying it was illegal in this country and had been confiscated, but if he wanted to appeal he was free to take it to court.

I asked what his plan was: "I'll appeal it of course!" So I asked what grounds he was going to appeal on... "Personal use"! He did realise that it might be a bad idea, once I'd pointed out that he'd have to travel down to london and stand up in court and try to persuade the judge to let him have dodgy japanese porn for 'personal use' :D

Dodgy Japanese porn isn't dodgy, it's censored to high heaven and back with pixilated pubic areas (Japanese porn laws make pubic hair illegal)... or so I've been told, I have no first hand, wait, bad turn of phrase there... no knowledge of Japanese porn or porn stars or that really amazing video of... umm.... as you were.

I get the impression there's the kind you describe, then there's utter, utter filth. Judging by my friends DVD collection which had a couple of titles like "stuff it in my tight hole" amongst a bunch of normal films - on public show! - it was the latter kind he'd managed to order. Not that I actually know, neither end of that scale is my cup of tea, but I've heard bad things about japanese porn.

Paris, because she'd have to think hard about starring in one. You can see here considering it in the icon - in a few minutes she'll look up and ask "what's a tentacle?"

You're a guy living in the country with the most beautiful women in the world (IMO), and you decide to sue a JAV star because she doesn't respond to your deranged advances on Twitter. So much fail ...

Randy Marsh [South Park] was absolutely on the money when he stated, "Once you've seen 2 Japanese women vomit into each other's mouths, there's no going back to vanilla".

"Stuff it in my tight hole"? Sounds like fairly standard adult material fare - either West or East. It's not so much the JAV titles as the content. From fairly innocuous stuff to just plain bizarre scenarios and fetishes. The inventiveness of the Japanese when it comes to sexual devices and just plain odd contraptions is a marvel to behold.

Just FYI there are a couple of labels which show uncensored JAV such as Carribean, Red Hot Fetish, Tokyo Hot, et al.

** I'm not kidding when I could easily submit an application for Jeopardy / Mastermind with my specialist subject as JAV, and kick ass! Whether I should have made such an admission without logging AC is another matter ...

        Just curious.

Does this mean that shaving the pubes off makes full frontal nudity legal in Japan?

Re: In case of porn, avoid court

It's a quirk of Japan (a country I adore), until the 1990's it was considered obscene to publish images of the pubic region, this in a country where tentacle porn comes from.

          From Wikipedia...

裏本 hardcore pornography; 'underground' pornography showing uncensored genitals. Technically illegal in Japan.

What kind of a country has an underground pornography culture? It's bloody amazing :D

Japanese women (and other orientals) generally look younger for their age than women from other parts of the world. Also, the age of consent there is 13. So it is perfectly possible that the porn vids had 18 year olds which looked to the untrained western eye like they were about 14, or legal-in-japan girls which look to the untrained western eye like they should still be in primary school.

Sounds like my western eye needs some more training.

While the nationwide AoC is 13, it's actually prefecture dependant. So it's 16.

        Re: censored to high heaven

Depends where you get it from and when it was made. Some is, some isn't. Some shows stuff in gritty detail, some shows it in shall we say Playboyesque lighting, and others are pixelated enough that were it not for the soundtrack it could be shown on after school tv.. Some of it is light and playful, some erotic, some of it is depraved, and some of it displays the minds of people who really need to be shot on sight without need of trial by jury of peers - though for some odd reason those tend to be more in the 'live-action' section than the 'animated' section. I've more heard about the last than seen it. But given the liberal attitudes of those who told me about it, yeah I believe them.

If he's taking legal action, what kind of law is he basing it on? Surely the Japanese don't have a law making it compulsory to co-operate with stalkers.

It is sad how some folk seem to have lost all grip on reality. A moment's thought should bring the realisation that just because a million fans follow a "celebrity", it isn't reasonable to expect the celeb to follow a miilion fans. Or to even care that much, apart from not wanting to lose the fans and their spending power.

      A moment's thought....

Ah but that's the problem with Twitter - people seem to say whatever comes into their head without so much as a moment's thought....
