back to article Osama alive scam snowballs on Twitter

Fraudsters wasted little time running scams based on the death of Osama bin Laden, so it's no big surprise that they are now running cons based on the conspiracy theory that the former head of al Qaida is alive. obviously

Of course OBL is alive (assuming he didn't actually die of kidney failure/whatever back around 2001). If you caught the world's most wanted terrorist/CIA asset and knew you would be interrogating him to death, it would be much more convenient to announce that he is already dead, wouldn't it? We'll use the old "man overboard" excuse to explain the missing body ....

    He is is alive?

I thought the Maquis Seal Team got that guy?

Wasn't it all over Fox news? About Obama being killed.

    Oh, such a confusing world.

    Osama lives

Of course he's alive. That's why we've all seen the video of him gloating over the Navy Seals' failed attempt to kill him.

Oh, wait, we haven't seen that. What in the man's history allows anyone to believe there wouldn't be such a video if he were still alive?

As for interrogating him, there'd be no point. According to the intelligence reports they've let news outlets have he's been little more than a figurehead for years.
