A quick look around the site reveals in the support > downloads section mention of a USB driver for the ETI-2 a quick google on this pulls up this website: http://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/EBookwise-1150 which shows an image of the device in question.....

Ebooks

The biggest bugbear I have with eBooks is the publishers themselves.

They are taking two lines - either milk eBooks for all their worth and charge close to full RRP on hardback prices, or claim it's going to cause irreparable damage to the publishing scene.

Witnes JK Rowling and her publisher steadfastly refusing to release Harry Potter in eBook format.

Then there's the split in eBook compatibility.

I cant take my kindle books and read them on a Sony ebook reader, nor can I play ePub DRM drenched books on my Kindle.

Apple's iBooks are only accessible on iDevices, and then there are certain publishers that have 'exclusivity' agreements.

Then there's the international discrepancy. Googles ebook store has nothing of note for non US customers, but plenty in the states.

It's no different to Movies or music - but at least those markets are beginning to mature.
