    What happened to 'Personal' music players

    Once upon a time personal music players were just that...OK you could hear the bass and Hi-Hat somtimes.

    With kids walking round playing mp3s through phones and now this I can see places like Cambridge and Oxford beginning to have noise pollution problems.
