    Whats the point of comparing a PC and Mac in this way? people have made the platform & decision way before before choosing their new hardware. It like saying why eat an apple when tomatoes are so much cheaper. doh...

    you can run windows on a mac very easily so its a perfectly reasonable comparison. plenty of people use a mac mini as a windows mce box.

    Exactly...

    My thoughts exactly. My company runs on a Mac Mini file server - it's small and silent (the Mac Mini, that is). We're just about to get another one to run SourceForge. I think the Mac Mini is a better PC than a PC.
