      Nothing like your home town being famous only for a Bugs Bunny bit and a Neil Young song. It may be a run down giant barrio but wait never mind can't remember the positive thing again.

    invisibility

    I think this research open up the prospect of invisibility as well. In principle if you have a light source behind an object and the light bends around the object before arriving at the observer, the object around which light bends becomes invisible.

    Unless of course there are other light sources which make the object visible.

    Or am i too far into the future of this technology?
