    re: Why get this rather than a Desire?

    Simple, some of us PREFER the formfactor of the Hero/Legend.

    The Desire and iPhone are too big. The Hero and Legend are perfect for me.

    Contract Fail

    "exclusively from Vodafone" FAIL!

    One thing that really annoys me is that networks grab the exclusive rights to handsets.

    I was interested in the HTC Legend until you could only get it contract on Vodafone.
